Black Swan is a 2010 American psychological thriller film.
I totally loved Black Swan. It's just not something I have fun watching. I'm pretty sure the director, Darren Aronofsky didn't make this movie to make audiences enjoy. Still, it absolutely is beautiful and never ordinary. Totally worth watching.
Black Swan is about a female ballet dancer, Nina. She is kind of a cold and isolated person who has difficulty relating people. The director of her ballet company chooses her as a main dancer who plays the White Swan(innocent and fragile) and the Black Swan(erotic and dangerous) for the season. The director thinks Nina is perfect for the White Swan, yet needs to release herself to play the Black Swan. Then, she tries to find a way to loose up and...
It is about the intensity of perfection. It surely is beautiful and brilliant, while it's also destructive and insane that I find some of the scenes are hard to watch. Honestly, I still don't really know what to say. You may want to watch it and figure it out what's it about by yourself.
i watched this movie with my grandmother. that one particular sene made for an awkward moment lol.
